Ashford War Memorial Institute Hire Charges
Hire of Main Hall and Kitchen (excluding the Snooker Room and Mary Jackson room)

Alternatively exclusive day rate hire for events of £100, with an additional refundable £100 damage deposit. All damages to be paid for by hirer.
|Crockery & cutlery are available for use when hiring the hall. Breakages will be charged for, and a deposit requested.
Institute members may hire crockery & cutlery, chairs and tables for use in their own homes for a charge of £30.00
For block bookings (6 or more events booked at the same time) a 10% reduction will be given for payment made in full in advance or by the commencement date of each block of bookings.
We prefer payment in full at time of booking.
For bookings under £50.00 full payment must be received before the event.
In other cases, a deposit of 50% of the fee will be invoiced on reservation and the remainder due by the booking date. We will refund your deposit in case of cancellation minus a £5.00 for administration.
In the case that Government restrictions are imposed impeding you from carrying out your booking we will refund your deposit or payment entirely.
Where ever possible we try to facilitate requests for changes to dates, days and hours for reservations. If this is not possible, and a deposit has been paid, we will refund the deposit minus £5.00 for administration costs.
