Areeradh hails from Thailand, a country reknowned for its rich culture of yoga and meditation. Since moving to nearby Bakewell with her family, she leads her weekly "Yoga for Wellbeing' classes on Wednesday evenings.

Our instructors are committed not just to your health, but to your wellbeing. Young or old, overweight or fit, yoga is as empowering as it is health-giving. Don’t be intimidated by a lack of experience, yoga is for everyone.
